Founded in 1999 by a team of IT professionals, Eclipse was established to offer independent, high-performance computing (HPC/AI) expertise tailored to client needs. Our OEM-independent consulting approach empowers clients to make informed technology decisions—whether for (HPC/AI) or cloud compute clusters, big data storage, or advanced ICT infrastructure like Infini-band interconnectivity.

Since 2007, Eclipse has delivered HPC, big data storage, and advanced networking solutions to clients across South Africa. As an independent systems integrator, we simplify the entire infrastructure lifecycle—from procurement to disposal—adding value through deep local expertise, technical know-how, and reliable management.

We pride ourselves on speed and precision. In 2011, we completed a full HPC/AI installation, integrated it with an existing cluster, and ran successful Linpack benchmarks, all within just three weeks of receiving the client’s purchase order.

That’s the kind of agility and dedication you can expect from Eclipse. Since 2011, Eclipse has completed more HPC installations in South Africa than all other local companies and OEMs combined.
